01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 ounces plain breadcrumbs
04 - 0.5 ounce fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1/4 cup whole milk
11 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
12 - 1 ounce grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until thoroughly blended.
03 - Pour in whole milk and gently mix until the mixture is cohesive without overworking.
04 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each into a compact mini loaf and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet with space between.
