# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
02 - Stir in roasted red bell pepper, chopped spinach, and sliced green onions.
03 - Add garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
04 - Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread one quarter of the filling evenly on each, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edges.
05 - Roll tortillas tightly, wrap each in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
