10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit (such as strawberries or raspberries), lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy (such as Skittles or marshmallows), crushed or chopped
# How to Make It:
01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
02 - Mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate to chill while making gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved. Blend in honey and stir until incorporated. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined small baking dish, then chill in the refrigerator for 45 to 60 minutes or until completely set.
04 - Once set, remove gummies from the dish and cut into small cubes.
05 - Retrieve chilled oat base from refrigerator. Distribute gummy cubes, crushed freeze-dried fruit, and chopped freeze-dried candy evenly over the surface. Press toppings gently into the oat base.
06 - Chill the entire pan for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to set all layers.
07 - Lift the mixture from the pan using parchment paper and slice into bars. Serve as a vibrant snack or dessert.
